magicph Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the magicph website and any associated mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Your continued use of the magicph Platform following any modification to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. magicph reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, subject to Section 14 (Amendments) below.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the magicph Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine law governing online gambling and casino-style gaming activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using the magicph Platform is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or agent of magicph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or self-excluded from the magicph Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

magicph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the magicph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. magicph will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

• You must notify magicph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• You are solely responsible for all transactions made using your account credentials.
• magicph reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal request. Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID).
• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts registered under false names or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

magicph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction.

magicph processes GCash withdrawal requests within 1–2 hours under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day. magicph does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.
• magicph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account. Contact support immediately if you believe an error has occurred.
• magicph does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the magicph Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, sabong, racing). These rules are available within each game or product section of the Platform.

• magicph reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on a suspended market, or placed after an event has concluded.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be voided and the wager returned to the player's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
• magicph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino games are conducted by human dealers in real time.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change without notice. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to that bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

magicph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which are communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• magicph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Attempting to abuse bonus offers, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting strategies, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• VIP Club rewards and cashback offers are governed by the separate VIP Club Terms, available on the VIP Club page.

7. Responsible Gaming

magicph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the magicph Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the magicph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such exploit must be reported to magicph support immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to use your account, or using another player's account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the magicph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout, is the intellectual property of magicph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the magicph Platform without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Privacy & Data

magicph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

magicph implements industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, magicph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

magicph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

magicph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Termination

magicph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

You may close your account at any time by contacting magicph customer support via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

magicph operates in compliance with the regulations and guidelines issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with applicable Philippine gaming laws.

14. Amendments

magicph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

The most current version of these Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the terms were last updated.
